STUDIOCANAL is the leading European studio, both in terms of production and distribution. STUDIOCANAL's activity is based on three pillars: production, distribution, and of course, the catalog.

The catalog is the true heritage of STUDIOCANAL, with more than 8000 films. It is the largest catalog in Europe and one of the most prestigious in the world.

The catalog represents over 100 years of French or European cinema history.

We have a real duty, I believe, to maintain this catalog and to invest money in restoring films. It is a real pleasure for us to reintroduce our films to a new audience, not only here in France but also around the world.

Another strong point of STUDIOCANAL is distribution. We ensure very strong distribution outside the local territory, which is truly a pillar of our strategy.

We are present in 9 key markets, starting with France, of course.

In total, we have 124 releases of our films in theaters per year. Currently, we have "Toni en famille" in theaters, starring the fabulous Camille Cottin in the lead role.

And Thomas Cailley's film, "Le Règne animal", which was already presented at Cannes Certain Regard, so there are high expectations around this film, which I believe reimagines a type of cinema we've never seen before.

At the end of the month, we also have the fabulous Tarek Boudali and "La Bande à Fifi".

You may have seen the success of "Alibi.com2". At the beginning of the year, we had over 4 million admissions with this film. Well, the Band is back. This time, it's Tarek behind the camera and directing, not "Trente jours max", but "Trois jours max", the sequel to the franchise. Just wanted to say, Tom Cruise eat your heart out, because Tarek is truly the French Tom Cruise. He does all his stunts himself. In terms of film production, we have never been as active as in the past 12 months. Currently, we are shooting "Paddington in Peru", the third installment of the "Paddington" franchise, which is the biggest production currently in filming worldwide, and we are very proud of it.

We have a number of films set to release in 2024, starting with "Back to Black", a biopic about singer Amy Winehouse, directed by the fabulous Sam Taylor-Johnson.

And just a little anecdote, all the department heads for the films have been occupied by women. Another notable fact is the creation of a support fund for female directors and screenwriters. In France, only 30% of films released in theaters are directed by women, and less than 12% of the received scripts are written by women. When Jeanne Herry's film "Je verrai toujours vos visages" crossed the symbolic threshold of one million admissions, we were thrilled.

So, it is urgent to restructure the industry, and STUDIOCANAL is the first studio to tackle this issue, in addition to the policies already implemented by the CANAL+ group.

The implementation of this initiative will involve a budget of one million euros to be spent over the next two years. This budget will allow about ten projects to emerge.

We have already identified two projects, with another one in negotiation. The first project is "Badass" by Sophie Turner, and the second project is "Joséphine Baker" by Maïmouna Doucouré, and of course, a long-term goal is for 50% of films to be written and directed by women, and 50%, of course, by men. The perfect balance.
