#StOpE to so-called ordinary sexism

Since December 12, 2019, we have joined the #StOpE initiative initiated by Accor and L'Oréal.

More than 50 companies and schools have committed to moving forward together and spreading good practices against sexism in the workplace.

A commitment signed by our head of HR to ensure that ordinary sexism is also combated daily by everyone in our teams.

The signatories of the charter undertake to implement at least one of the following priority actions:

  1. Display and apply the zero tolerance principle.
  2. Inform to raise awareness of sexist behaviors (actions, remarks, attitudes) and their impacts.
  3. Provide targeted training on the obligations and best practices to combat everyday sexism.
  4. Disseminate educational tools to employees to address sexist behavior in the workplace.
  5. Encourage all employees to contribute to preventing, identifying, and responding to everyday sexism.
  6. Prevent situations of sexism and provide personalized support to victims, witnesses, and decision-makers in reporting and addressing sexist behaviors.
  7. Sanction reprehensible behaviors and communicate associated penalties.
  8. Measure and establish monitoring indicators to adapt the policy against everyday sexism.
